Other instructions:
- The Nominations forms can be held and submitted from 25th June to 27th June.
- Only bonafide full members who are members since last 2 years or more can apply.
- Associated Member cannot apply for candidature, but they have right to vote.
- Please return the completed form hard copy (print out) personally (in person) before 08:00PM, 27th June 2012 to the Returning Officer:- GS Mann 262, B Block SIRSA (Opposite Law College, Near Durga Mandir) Mobile 9215300307 & 9416046307

- 1 Color Photograph passport size (1.5X1.5 aprox.) is required to be pasted on the Form.
- A Declaration Form is to be submitted along with the main nomination form.
- Every Applicant shall have one proposer, the proposer should be a full member and not an associated member.
- A proposer can also be a candidate but for a post other than he has proposed. (e.g. a candidate for the post of president can propose for a person for the post of Gen Secretary and vice versa)
- There is NO fee or security deposit for the forms or candidature etc.
- Scrutiny shall be carried on 28th June 2012.
- Withdrawals of the Nominations are possible before 8:00PM on 29th June, 2012
- Venue: Elections may take place on 1st of July, 2012 at 09:00AM at Sirsa Club, Sirsa. (Subject to availability of above Venue on this date or on a venue that may be notified later, keep checking this website for any changes)
- Updates, Nomination Forms Declaration Forms, Withdrawl form, etc and other information shall be available on www.hujsirsa.blogspot.com

- Forms and downloads shall be available online after few hours.
Other instructions:
- Proxy Voting is not allowed.
- Results and outcome of the elections shall be final and binding and cannot be challenged.
- Toss in case of tie.
- An applicant can fill nomination for both posts, but has to withdraw one on withdrawal date, if he or she does not withdraw one out of the two forms, both applications shall stand rejected.
- Election by Secret Ballot Poll.
